Parent who lost son to share his story with students
Glenbard North athletics and the Glenbard Parent Series will present One Father’s Story with Doug Petit on Monday, Aug. 14, at the Glenbard North athlete and parent meeting.

Former Glenbard North parent Petit returns to share the story of his son Jonathan, who was lost to poor choices regarding alcohol.  Petit’s message comes from the heart, and the center of his story is that the choices we make are the choices we live by.

This presentation will begin at 6 p.m. in the auditorium at Glenbard North. Assistant Principal of Athletics Matt Bowser will address Glenbard North student athletes and their parents, who are required to attend this presentation.  The presentation also is open to the public.
